Mission Bar and Grill
Mission Bar and Grill opened in August 2005, after completely renovating the former “Choppin’ Block” bar. The room now feels spacious and filled with light; the menu offers affordable, quality food, and the patrons reflect the diversity of the neighborhood. In warm weather the windows open to Huntington Avenue, and passers-by can hear the buzz of happy diners and those enjoying an after-work cocktail or pint of draft. They’ve a wide variety of beers on tap and bottled, and are planning to soon start serving a weekend brunch.
