The concept of Wabi-Sabi in Japanese embraces transient
beauty and the natural changes that occur through the aging process.
This is also the spirit of Seiyo: as a sushi-wine shop located
in Boston's Historic South End. Conceived to also evolve through
time, sushi will be fresh, wine will age, and walls will collect
corks, bronze will patina, and memories will be made.
